Tips for Cooking
Whenever you cook do not overcook. If you overcook all vitamin will go off. Don't cook food with watching TV. If you do cooking with watching TV your cooking might overcook. Put full concentration on your cooking and have your food and you will be healthy. If you want to have good brain first you need to eat good food. Do not skip your breakfast. Skipping breakfast is not good for health. Do not make your stomach empty. Eat your food on time. Eat more vegatable. Eat more vegatable Salads. Buy fresh vegatables. Drink good drinking water. If you don't know how to cook buy cooking book and read properly.
